- Your physician may call, fax, e-prescribe. or mail your prescriptions to us directly.
- You will be provided with self addressed stamped envelopes with the receipt of your first order, allowing you to return your doctor’s refill prescriptions to us.
- You will be enrolled in our automatic refill plan. This means you will receive your refills automatically without having to call in. Refills will remain on your prescription.
- You will also be contacted by our customer service team when you’ve run out of refills. Please look for a call from Freedom Pharmacy at 855-539-7865. States currently serviced: DE, FL, MD, MO, NJ, NY, and PA.
